It was in 1977, after 12 years service, a young engineer quit his job with Government of Kerala and started to explore his own path. It was considered as a bold step by a tireless man with clarity in vision. And now after about 27 years his brainchild, Yasoram Builders has its crown studded with many landmarks, skyscrapers and housing colonies in Kerala.

It was not the money that inspired young dynamic Vadhyar to start his own projects. Tremendous creative satisfaction, freedom and passion to attain perfection lead him to take the world by his own. By giving round the clock service and great talent to materialise great dreams he created a niche in the galaxy of builders and architects of South India.

Yasoram Builders was in the forefront of the condominium boom when it started in the late seventies in Kerala with a plethora of completed projects to their credit. YRCC could consolidate its position as the pioneer construction and engineering firm in Cochin. Despite the bleak scenario prevalent in the construction industry YRCC has embarked on a number of apartment and commercial complex projects and this reflects the company's strong footfold in the market. The success saga of YRCC is attributed to the single handed efforts of its stalwart Mr. A.R.S Vadhyar, a renowned urban planner and Engineer with more than three decades standing in the field. His adamant adherence to quality standards in construction, penchant for acquiring prime properties and vision for the future helped the company to weather the storm in the construction sector.

Yasoram does everything from landscaping to designing to building to interior decoration and that too for all types of structures like Apartments, Shopping Complexes, Hospitals, Educational Institutions and Places of Worship.

He has set up a charitable trust which helps to build houses for the economically weaker section and also extends help by giving technical assistance to social and religious organisations. Yasoram also imparts free training to youth in construction and allied activities.

Kuladevata Mandir Complex of Gauda Saraswatha Brahmin community is a considered as a prime achievement of Mr. A.R.S Vadhyar. Situated in the picturesque and serene hills of Ambalamedu near Kochi, Kuladevata Mandir Complex devoted to deities is a grand artistic work.

His successful career gives inspiration for young aspirants. Several agencies and government bodies recognised his contribution to the constructions of low cost houses and free services rendered for constructions of houses for public and charitable purpose and gave several awards. The Excellence'94 award, NSS Award, GSB award etc. are all displayed proudly in the spacious office of Yasoram Builders situated in Convent road, Kochi. He is also the recipient of various other awards form different communities and social organisations for constructing Mosques, Temples, Churches etc.

Even after 30 years this one man mission runs strongly with the same enthusiasm. These structures chat with stars about their master's talent. At the same time their master, A.R.S Vadhyar with feet firmly on ground toiling day and night to give a least a dream home to hundreds of homeless people.
